Menuetto is a Belgian independent film & tv production company, founded in 2017 by Hans Everaert, who was CFO of the Flanders Audiovisual Fund (VAF) for about a decade before he became producer, working on such titles as Girl (Lukas Dhont, Camera d’Or Cannes 2018), La Civil (Teodora Ana Mihai, Audacity Prize Cannes 2021), The Eight Mountains (Felix van Groeningen & Charlotte Vandermeersch, Jury Prize Cannes 2022) and WILL (Tim Mielants, Netflix 2024).

Releases for 2026 include Heysel 85 (selected for Berlinale Special Gala), Let Love In (Felix van Groeningen) and The Assignment (Patrice Toye).

In 2021 Hans Everaert was nominated by the American trade magazine Variety as one of their "Ten Producers to Watch" worldwide.

Hans Everaert

Producer

Hans founded Menuetto Film in 2017. He is former business director of the Flanders Audiovisual Fund (VAF) and former general manager of Menuet (production company of GIRL, The Broken Circle Breakdown, The Misfortunates etc).

Kevin Hoed

Head of Production

After his graduation in filmschool in 2007, Kevin learned the ins and outs of film production while he was working as a location manager for various Flemish and Dutch movies and television series. He moved on to production in 2016 as Production Manager for several short films (Klem, Skai Blue, Muil,…). Since 2018 he was a freelance line producer for movies and television series (a.o. Yummy, #LikeMe).

Selene Stie

Project Supervisor

After working 5 years on set as production coordinator (#LikeMe, Ferry, Bachelorette, Assisen,...), Selene joined Menuetto in 2024. She is responsible for production logistics, deliverables, festivals, the socials and office management.

Mateo Chavez Olivera

Finance Assistant

After graduating from the University of Antwerp in Film Studies and Visual Culture in 2024, Mateo started at Menuetto in 2025 as finance and production assistant.
